Impact Travel Association LLC
These terms apply to all programs, services, and experiences offered by Impact Travel Association LLC, a company registered in the state of Delaware, United States.
By signing this quotation, the client confirms full acceptance of the following conditions.
1. Nature of the service
Impact Travel acts as a tour operator and experience organizer, as well as an intermediary between the client and independent providers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local operators.
2. Booking confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only when:
The required deposit is received.
Impact Travel sends written confirmation.
Until that moment:
Availability is not guaranteed.
Prices may change.
No service will be issued or blocked.
3. Issuance of services
No service will be issued, reserved, or guaranteed until:
The client has signed the quotation.
The required payment has been received according to the payment schedule.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Flights
Hotels
Transportation
Activities
Experiences
Impact Travel assumes no responsibility for price or availability changes prior to payment.
4. Payment conditions
Programs without flights
20% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.
Remaining 80% balance: 30 days before the trip.
Programs with flights
20% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.
50% second payment: 45 days before the trip.
Remaining balance: 30 days before the trip.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and applicable penalties.
5. Non-refundable deposit
The 20% deposit is non-refundable, as it is used for:
Service blocking
Flight issuance (if applicable)
Logistical reservations
Administrative and banking costs
6. Cancellations
With flights
Issued flights are 100% non-refundable.
Changes are subject to airline penalties.
Land services

| 59–45 days | 25% of land cost |
| 44–30 days | 50% of land cost |
| 29–15 days | 75% of land cost |
| 14 days or less / No show | 100% of trip cost |
7. Refunds
All refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.
Impact Travel will only refund amounts authorized by such providers.
Refund processing times may vary between 15 and 60 business days.
8. Date changes or transfer
Date changes or transfer of the booking to another person are subject to:
Availability
Penalties
Fare differences
Administrative costs
9. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for:
Valid passport
Visas and entry requirements
Health and vaccination requirements
Travel insurance
Impact Travel is not responsible for denied entry, incorrect documentation, or related expenses.
10. Operational changes and force majeure
Impact Travel may modify itineraries, schedules, or providers due to weather, safety, logistics, availability, or force majeure.
Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible, without guarantee of full refund.
11. Limitation of liability
Impact Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, flight delays, lost luggage, or events beyond its control.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for land services.
12. Banking fees
Impact Travel will cover direct banking fees.
Any intermediary bank charges or client-side banking fees are the client’s responsibility.
13. Use of images
Impact Travel may use photos or videos from the trip for promotional purposes, unless the client submits a written refusal before the trip.
14. Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States.
Any dispute shall be resolved under this jurisdiction.
